- usually a round shape: a symbol of the dreamer's direction toward unity and therefore getting rid of a button is extremely irresponsible.
- sewing a button: this image is not an allegory of intercourse (according to the needle and sewing entry, but represents future hope.
- control: if the dreamer is able to easily control it, then this is a very positive image of the conscious processing of the content of his own mind.
