The Dream Book of Self-Knowledge

Destination

  • seeking a destination, not finding a destination: warning from the depths of the unconscious, since the dreamer's life is accompanied by a lack of clarity and by inconsistency.
  • finish line of a race: the culmination of a subconscious desire to achieve certain results and thus also the acknowledgement that one's ego has been strengthened.
  • the values that the dreamer prioritizes can be interpreted according to the destination and the state they are found in. Whether these values are moral and spiritual, or if there is instead the desire for success, fame and vanity can also be inferred.
  • inability to reach destinations: excessive ambition.
  • there is a long journey to every goal and often it is more difficult than the previous one, since life is a trek and it is a blessing if we do not concern ourselves with the destination, but instead with the quality of the journey itself; this is why all glowing destinations are merely confusion that the foolish ego admires.
